How to add a team account
If you need help managing your store you can use the Team accounts feature to give another trusted person access to your store. You can also limit what the subaccount can do and see using permissions when you create their account.
You can find the option to create a new Team account under "Team" in the control panel. On this page, you will be able to view your existing Team accounts and if they have Two-Factor Authentication enabled on their account.
When you are creating or editing a Team account you will need to enter the email address of the other user's Buycraft account and choose what permissions the Team account will have. You will be able to choose to allow the subaccount to View, Create/Edit and Delete content in each section of the webstore.
After you have chosen the permissions for this account and clicked create, the new user will be able to access your account as a Team account via the "Webstores" section or webstore dropdown in their Buycraft account.
